The first one clever, a substantial portion of the population will not forget their basic CPR ever again. There is, however, an inherent danger that while faced with a real-life emergency, one could just have DC flashbacks........
The second one, is a stunner. A drunk driver going through a red light in the wrong lane (the kind of driver we cyclists just love) is stopped by a very polite officer. Then the arsehole pulls a move but his stupidity let him down. Rather badly it would seem.
The lesson? The wheel turns. And if the wheel size in millimetres equals your IQ on a sunny day, then it turns quickly.
My suggestion? Make DC a regular stop.
